Our Story
From the spare bedroom of Ben’s house, to a spacious and professional workshop in Cotgrave, we’ve come a long way together in the past few years.
Since the age of 15 Ben Tristem has been a self-employed computer consultant. In early 2008 he decided to create an employment opportunity for other like minded ‘geeks’, and to bring high-quality computer consultancy services to more local people.
Our first employee, Laura Seaton, bought administrative harmony to our company - and a professional voice to the end of the phone. This allowed Ben to concentrate on helping clients.
Due to increasing demand from existing, and new customers, we are now three engineers strong (see below). We also have a fully equipped workshop in Cotgrave, allowing us to do even better work in less time.
Because there are three of us, we can usually respond within 24 hours, and quicker on the phone, even if somebody is on holiday.
