4. As we have so many different fixed-price services ranging from WiFi setup and
   

5. annual services, through training and virus removal, we haven’t listed them all here.

7. To give you some indication of likely cost, here are some
   

8. We now offer the following fixed-price slots for an EmbraceIT engineer onsite...
   

9. £45 = About 1/2 hour
   

10. £95 = Up to 1.5 hours
    

11. £145 = Up to 2.5 hours
    

12. £195 = Up to 3.5 hours

15. First-time customers always get a free, no-obligation quote, at home or in our workshop.
    

Workshop Prices

1. If we need to investigate the problem, we charge £30 for complete diagnostics.
   

2. All other workshop work is subject to a free, fixed-price quotation.
   

Remote support prices

1. Remote support is charged by the minute, and does not expire.
   

2. 30 minutes = £40
   

3. 60 minutes = £60
   

4. 90 minutes = £80
   

5. At the start and end of each session we will let you know your current balance.
   

6. You can top-up at anytime with a card over the telephone.
   

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Any supplied hardware is at additional (reasonable) cost.
